Message	your property! Check your local and state laws. Powered fences are only for use in rural areas and to border livestock areas. Additionally, the fences used don't have enough power to really incapacitate, they just give an unpleasant low voltage shock. Would a farmer want his livestock killed or injured if it happens to bump into his fence.
